Getting Started with Forums

Search your keyword

Though this is the beginning phase,  there’s a lot that will happen in the community eventually. We recommend  you to start with search If you have a question or an idea. 

Browsing the forum might save some time because there is a good chance that your question may have already been answered.


Community discussion

  1. Release Notes: Know what's new and in each product and get updated on enhancements and fixes.
  2. Ask the community: A place for you to ask product related questions and help other community members.
  3.  Ideas:  A place for you to pitch your ideas/suggestions on what you'd like to see more of in our products and features.

Follow forum category/post

You can follow a topic or forum category to get instant updates on new posts/comments.

Post your question

Do you have any question related to our product or feature? Just post your questions using Start a topic on the Forum home page.

Use the appropriate categories CRM > Ask the Community, Smart Store > Ask the  Community, Commerce > Ask the community

Help others by Marking Best Answer for your post

When your question is answered, help others by marking it as a best answer. This helps others to quickly go through the answer instead of the entire discussion.

To see the option, hover on the top-right of the answer that you need to mark as answered. 

This is how you see the answer.
