Cart promotion allows a brand to run modern-day promotions focusing on cart items. A customer is rewarded with the promotion after fulfilling the conditions configured by the org. Member Care lets you see a customer's unlocked promotions, which includes all the promotions issued to the customer and all promotions redeemed by the customer. You can also see whether the promotion is unlocked, when and how it was unlocked, the status of the promotion, and when it expires.

View cart promotions

To see cart promotions that are unlocked by the customer, do the following.

  1. On InTouch, go to Member Care.
  2. In Customer Search, enter the customer's name.
  3. Navigate to More Information > Cart Promotions.
  4. Click the Issued tab to see promotions that are earned by the customer and click the Redemptions tab to see promotions availed by the customer.
    1. Issued: You can view the following details.
      • Promotion Id: It is the unique identifier of the promotion that is issued to the customer.
      • Name: It is the name of the line item for which the promotion is valid.
      • Unlock Status: It shows the unlock status of the promotion, you see Unlocked if the customer has the met eligibility criteria to avail the promotion or Locked if the customer is yet to fulfill the eligibility criteria. 
      • Unlock Activity: It is the promotion type on the basis of which the customer unlocks the promotion.
      • Promotion Status: It shows the promotion's status, you see Active if the promotion is still valid to the customer or Inactive if the promotion is not applicable.  
      • Promotion Expiry Date: It shows the date on which the promotion ends.
    2. Redemptions: You can view the following details.
      • Promotion Id:  It is the unique identifier of the promotion that is issued to the customer.
      • Promotion Name: It is the name of the promotion redeemed by the customer.
      • Redemption Type: It shows the type of promotion redeemed by the customer.
      • Line Item Id: It is the unique identifier of the Line Item.
      • Bill Number: It shows the bill number of the transaction where the customer redeems the promotion.
      • Till Id: It shows the Till Id of the transaction where the customer redeems the promotion.
      • Total Discount Amount: It is the discount availed by the customer while redeeming the promotion.
      • Count Of Redemptions: It is the total number of times a customer redeems a promotion.
