An org can create a new offer or claim an offer.  Offers allow you to define benefits for the loyalty program that is coupon-based. You can use coupons defined in this section only in the Loyalty+ module and you have to incorporate it in Workflows.

Create offer 

To create an offer, follow these steps. 

  1. On Intouch, navigate to Menu > Loyalty> Programs.
  2. In Programs, select the program you want to edit.
  3. Click Edit Program.
  4. Click Offers.
  5. Click Create Offer.

Offer name & expiry: In Point-of-sale identifier, enter the code which will be used by the cashier at the point of sale machine.
In Purpose for creating the coupon series, select the reason for creating the offer.
Coupon Details: In How would you issue these coupons to customers?, select any of the following options through which you can issue points to customers.
  • through Capillary
  • through third-party codes upload
  • through third-party integration

Modify Advanced Settings: In Restrict to new customer?, you can restrict new customers based on the date of registration or their number of transactions. For example, if a customer who registers on a configured day, then the customer will receive an offer.


Claim an offer

You can view the offer that you create along with offer details in Offers and select the offer(s) you want to claim.
