Behavioral events are non-transactional events that include customer's activities across different channels. For details, see behavioral events overview.
To view the behavioral events of a customer, follow these steps.
- Navigate to Member Care > Customer > Customer Search.
- In Customer Search, search customer by customer, mobile number, email, external ID, or card number.
- In More Information, click the Behavioral Events tab.
- In Search, enter the Request ID of the behavioral event that you want to view.
- Click the Event Request ID to view the Customer Event Details page.
- On the Customer Event Details page, you can see all the attributes of the selected event.
- If the attribute list is too long, you can Search a specific attribute by name.
