Behavioral events are non-transactional events that include customer's activities across different channels. For details, see behavioral events overview.

To view the behavioral events of a customer, follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to Member Care > Customer > Customer Search.
  2. In Customer Search, search customer by customer, mobile number, email, external ID, or card number.
  3. In More Information, click the Behavioral Events tab. 
  4. In Search, enter the Request ID of the behavioral event that you want to view.
  5. Click the Event Request ID to view the Customer Event Details page.
  6. On the Customer Event Details page, you can see all the attributes of the selected event.
  7. If the attribute list is too long, you can Search a specific attribute by name.
