This filter lets you build an audience group with customers that moved from one loyalty slab to another (upgraded or downgraded from one slab to another) in a particular period.

Basic Options

The following are the basic or mandatory options of the Slab Change filter.

Slab change (from and to slabs)

To select your preferred slab change - from slab x to slab y. In the drop-down list, select from and to slabs accordingly. You can either select from a lower slab(s) to a higher slab(s) (upgrade), or from higher tier(s) to a lower tier(s) (downgrade). For example,  you can include customers whose slabs are upgraded from Silver, Gold to Diamond. Similarly, you can include customers whose slabs are downgraded from Gold, Platinum to Silver.

Duration

This option further enables you to filter customers whose slabs were changed during a specific period. There are two types of date filters. 

  1. Specific dates: Lets you select the duration by date range using the date calendar. This option enables you to filter only those customers who moved from one loyalty slab to another in a specific date range.

    There are three types of specific dates.  For detailed information of each option, see specific dates.
    1. Before
    2. After
    3. Between
  2. Relative days: This option lets you select your preferred duration by relative days.

    There are six types of relative days. For detailed information of each option, see relative days.
    1. In the last x
    2. In the next x
    3. In the current x 
    4. Between days
    5. Exactly x days ago.
    6. Exactly after x days
