This filter lets you build a group with customers to whom coupons were issued during a specific period. For more specific results, you can use advanced filter options such as campaign discount code and store hierarchy.

Basic Options

The following are the basic or mandatory options of the coupon issued filters.

Number of coupons issues

This option lets you get customers by the number of coupons issued during a specific period.

  1. Greater than equal: Lets you get customers to whom the number of coupons issued is greater than or equal to a specific value. For example, you can get customers to whom 10 or more coupons were issued. 
  2. Less than equal: Lets you get customers to whom the number of coupons issued is less than or equal to a specific value. For example, you can get customers to whom 2 or less than 2 coupons were issued. 
  3. Equal: Lets you get customers to whom a specific number of coupons were issued. For example, you can get customers to whom 5 coupons were issued. 
  4. In range of: Lets you get customers to whom the number of coupons issued is in a specific range. For example,  in the range of 10 to 20 - here, you will also get customers who received 5 coupons, or 10 coupons. 

Duration

This option further enables you to filter customers by coupon issual duration. There are two types of duration filters.

  1. Specific dates: Lets you select the duration by date range using a date calendar. This option enables you to filter only those customers to whom n coupons were issued in a specific date range.

    There are three types of specific dates. For detailed information on each option, see specific dates.
    1. before
    2. after
    3. between
  2. Relative days: This option lets you select your preferred duration by relative days.

    There are six types of relative days. For detailed information on each option, see relative days.
    1. In the last x
    2. In the next x
    3. In the current x
    4. Between days 
    5. Exactly x days ago
    6. Exactly after x days 

Advanced Options

Advanced options are optional filters that you can use to further refine the list to get a more specific audience group. 

To see the advanced filter options available, click +/- Fields. The following are the available advanced filter options.

Campaign 

This filter lets you get customers to whom n coupons were issued during a campaign. For example, you can get customers to whom (greater than equal to) 10 coupons were issued before September 27, 2020, for demo_campaign (campaign name).

Discount Code

This lets you filter only those customers to whom n coupons were issued with discount code(s), during a selected period. For example, you can get customers to whom (greater than or equal to) 10 coupons were issued before September 27, 2020, with the discount code demo_code (value of the discount code).

Store Hierarchy

This option lets you further filter customers by store(s) at/through which coupons were issued. You can also select stores by zones, and concepts.

  2. Zone:  You can select stores of the selected zone(s) using any of the following options. For more detailed information on each option, see the zone.
