This filter lets you build a group with customers that have responded to a campaign. For more specific results, you can further filter by date, audience group, store/concept, product, day, and hour.

Responded customers are recipients who shopped during the campaign period.

Basic Option

The following is the basic or mandatory option of the responded customer's filters.

  1. Campaign: You can get customers who responded to a specific campaign(s), in the drop-down list, select the campaign name(s) for which you want to get responders. For example, you can include customers who have responded to the campaign sms_demo (campaign name).

Advance Options

Advanced options are optional filters that you can use to further refine the list to get a more specific audience group. 

To see the advanced filter options available, click +/- Fields. The following are the available advanced filter options.

Date 

This option further enables to filter customers by response period. There are two types of date filters.

 The specific date range must be selected within the campaign period.

  1. Specific dates: This option enables you to filter only those customers who responded to the campaign during a specific date range (select manually from the list). For detailed information, see specific dates.
    There are three types of specific dates.
    1. before
    2. after
    3. between
  2. Relative days: This option enables you to filter only those customers who responded to the campaign in the last x days, calendar weeks, or calendar months (select your preferred option from the list). For detailed information, see relative days.

    There are six types of relative days. 

    1. In the last x

    2. In the next x

    3. In current x

    4. Between days

    5. Exactly x days ago

    6. Exactly after x days

Audience Group 

This option enables to filter only those customers who belong to the selected audience group(s). For example, you can get the customers of the audience group demo group1 (audience group name) who responded to the campaign sms_demo (campaign name).

Store/Zone/Concept 

This option enables you to filter customers by stores in which they shopped during the Campaign period. You can also select stores by zones, and concepts.

  1. Store: You can get responders who shopped at your preferred store(s) during the campaign period.  For more detailed information, see the store.

    You can select stores using any of the following options.

    1. upload list

    2. enter values

    3. based on attributes

  2. Zone: You can get responders who shopped at your preferred zone(s) during the campaign period. For more detailed information, see the zone.

    You can select stores of the selected zone(s) using any of the following options.

    1. any store

    2. stores with these attributes

  3. Concept: You can get responders who shopped at the preferred concept(s) during the campaign period.  For more detailed information, see the concept.

    You can select stores of the selected concept(s) using the following options.

    1. any store

    2. stores with these attributes

Product 

This option enables you to filter customers who responded to the campaign for the product with the specific attribute(s).

  1. Product category: This option enables you to filter only those customers who responded to the campaign and purchased a specific product during the campaign(s). You can filter the results further using either any product or products with these attributes. To get customers who purchased by the category of the product, select the product category from the drop-down list. You can select the product category using any of the following options.

    1. any product: Selects all products of the selected product category(s).

    2. products with these attributes: Lets you select product(s) with your preferred product categories such as brand name, image URL, price, style, and more. In a product category, you can further select the values of each product category from the suggested list. For example, to filter a product using a product attribute, brand name, select the brand name from the attributes list, and select the brand name value based on the selected brand name.

      Follow similar images shown in the product category for other filter options, such as the size of the product and product name.

  2. Size of product: This option enables you to filter only those customers who bought products of a specific size (during the campaign period). Select your preferred size(s) from the drop-down list, and enter the values in the respective box. You can select the size using any of the following options.

    1. any product: Selects all products of the selected product size(s).

    2. products with these attributes: Lets you select product(s) with your preferred product attributes such as brand name, image URL, price, style, and more. In the size of the product, you can further select the values of each product attribute from the suggested list. For example, to filter a product using product attributes, select the product color from the attributes list, and select the color type based on the selected product color.

  3. Product name: This option enables to filter only those customers who responded to the campaign and purchased a specific product(s). You can select the product using any of the following options.

    1. any product: Selects all products of the selected product name(s).

    2. products with these attributes: Lets you select product(s) with your preferred product names such as brand name, image URL, price, style, and more. In a product name, you can further select the values of each product attribute from the suggested list. For example, to filter a product using product attributes, select the color from the attributes list, and select the type of color based on the selected product color.

  4. Item code: This option enables you to filter only those customers who responded to the campaign and purchased products with a specific item code. You can also select stores by zones, and concepts.

    1. upload list: Lets you upload store ID using a CSV file. Select the upload list from the drop-down list. If you do not have the CSV file, then download the sample CSV file, add store IDs, and upload it.

    2. enter values: Lets you search for stores manually. On the search box, enter the product name and select the item code from the suggested list. You can add more than one store.

    3. based on attributes: Lets you select item code(s) based on attributes. You can select item code by attributes -  brand name, image URL, price, style, and more. You can further select the values of each store attribute from the suggested list. For example, to filter a product using item code attributes, select the color from the attributes list, and select the type of color based on the selected item code color.

Day 

This filter lets you get customers who responded to the campaign on the specific day(s) of a week during the campaign. For example,  you can get customers who have responded to the campaign sms_demo (campaign name) on Monday and Sunday.
 

Hour 

This filter lets you get customers who responded to the campaign during the campaign period only in the selected time range (from 00 to 23 hours) in a day. For example, you can get customers who have responded to the campaign sms_demo (campaign name) and shopped only between 18:00 hours and 19:00 hours during the campaign.
