The product prediction filter helps you build an audience group with customers that are likely to purchase products using product categories. 

This filter has the additional ability to get top customers by absolute count (number) or percentage.

Basic Options

The following are the basic or mandatory options of the top n product prediction filter.

  1. Number/Percentage: Select the unit measure using drop-down options, either number or percentage.

    This option is a unit measure for the top customer(s) count in number or percentage. For example, you can include the top 10 numbers or percentage of customers predicted to purchase products using product categories.

  2. Top: Enter the value for top customers counts according to the number or percentage selected. For example, you can include the top 10 customers or the top 10 percent of customers that are likely to purchase products using product categories.

  3. Product category: This option filters customers who are predicted to purchase products of a specific category(s). You can filter the results further using either any product or products with these attributes. To get customers who are likely to purchase by the category of the product, select the product category from the drop-down list. You can select the product category using any of the following options.


    1. any product:  To get all products of the selected product category, select any product from the drop-down list.


    2. products with these attributes: To get the product(s) with your preferred product categories, the select product with these attributes from the drop-down list, select product category with your preferred attribute(s) by selecting the attribute list such as brand name, image URL, price, style, and more.

  4. Size of product: To get customers who are likely to purchase by the size of the product, select the size of product from the drop-down list, and enter the value manually. You can select the size using any of the following options.

    1. any product: To get all products of the selected product size, select any product from the drop-down list.

    2. products with these attributes: To get the product(s) with your preferred product sizes, the select product with these attributes from the drop-down list, select product size with your preferred attribute(s) by selecting the attribute list such as brand name, image URL, price, style, and more.

  5. Product name: To get customers who are likely to purchase by product name, select product name from the drop-down list. You can select the product name using any of the following options.

    1. any product: To get all products of the selected product name, select any product from the drop-down list

    2. products with these attributes: To get the product(s) with your preferred product attributes, select products with these attributes from the drop-down list, select products with your preferred attribute(s) by selecting the attribute list such as brand name, image URL, price, style, and more.

  6. Item code: To get customers who are likely to purchase by item code, select item code from the drop-down list. You can select item code using any of the following options.

    1. upload list: To upload store id using a CSV file, select the upload list from the drop-down list. If you do not have the upload list CSV file, then download the sample CSV file and update the information before upload.

    2. enter values: To search for item code manually. On the search box, enter the product name and select the item code from the fetch list (suggested list). You can add more than one item code.

    3. based on attributes: To get customers who are likely to purchase by item code based on attributes, select based on attributes from the drop-down list. This option helps you to get your preferred store attributes such as brand name, image URL, price, style, and more.
