The store prediction filter helps you build an audience group with customers that are likely to transact at a store, zone, or concept. 

This filter has the additional ability to get top customers by absolute count (number) or percentage. 

Basic Options

The following are the basic or mandatory options of the top n store prediction filters.

  1. Number/Percentage: Select the unit measure using drop-down options, either number or percentage.
    This option is a unit measure for the top customer(s) count in number or percentage. For example, you can include the top 10 number or percentage of customers predicted to shop from the store(s), zone(s), or concept(s).
  2. Top: Enter the value for top customers counts according to the number or percentage selected. For example, you can include the top 10 customers or top 10 percent of customers that are likely to shop at the store(s), zone(s), or concept(s) you select.
  3. Store/Zone/Concept: Select whether to get top N customers by  concept(s), zone(s), or store(s).
    1. Store: To get customers who are likely to transact at the selected store(s), select the storefrom the drop-down list. You can select stores using any of the following options.
      1. upload list: To upload store id using a CSV file, select upload list from the drop-down list. If you do not have the upload list CSV file, then download the sample CSV file and update the information before upload.
      2. enter values: To search for stores manually. On the search box, enter a store  and select the store from the fetch list (suggested list). You can add more than one store.
      3. based on attributes: To get customers who are likely to transact from the selected store(s) based on attributes, select based on attributes from the drop-down list. This option helps you to get your preferred store attributes such as external id, name.
    2. Zone: To get customers who are likely to transact from the selected zone(s), select the zone from the drop-down list. You can select stores using any of the following options. 
      1. any store: To get all stores of the selected zone, select any store from the drop-down list.
      2. stores with these attributes: To get zone(s) with your preferred store attributes, select stores with these attributes from the drop-down list, Select stores with your preferred attribute(s) by selecting the attribute list such as store channel, store type, external id, and store name.
    3. Concept: To get customers who can transact from the selected concept(s), select the conceptfrom the drop-down list. You can further filter stores using the following options. 
      1. any store: To get all stores of the selected zone concept, select any store from the drop-down list.
      2. stores with these attributes: To get the concept(s) with your preferred store attributes, select stores with these attributesfrom the drop-down list, Select stores with your preferred attribute(s) by selecting the attribute list such as store channel, store type, external id, and store name.
