This filter lets you build audience group by current lead status. You can also get customers by current lead status based on created period, lead owner, sub-status, source, and product associated to leads.

Basic filter options available

These are default filters and are mandatory. The following are the default filter options available for Lead Status.

Current Lead Status

Get customers by current lead status. You can select multiple statuses. For example, customers whose leads are currently Open or On hold.

The following are the standard statuses for leads. However, an org can create custom statuses as required.

  • Open: This is usually used for new leads that are not processed.
  • Won: This is used for leads that are successfully converted.
  • Lost: This is used for leads that are not converted in a specific period. There is a config, CONF_LEAD_AUTO_CLOSURE_TIME_PERIOD, in InTouch Settings > Miscellaneous > Lead Configuration. If a lead is not converted within that duration, the status is marked as Lost automatically.
  • On hold: This is used when the item the customer has given a timeline to decide or the item is not available in the store currently.
  • Deleted: This is usually used for unqualified or invalid leads.

Created Period (Duration)

These filters let you filter leads by created date.

Lifetime

Lets you get all customers whose current lead status is as per defined.

Specific dates

Lets you fetch only from leads in a specific date range. The following are the different options available for Specific dates.

  • Before: To get customers from leads that were created before a specific date (includes the specified date). For example, among the leads created before 01-12-2018, get all customers whose current lead status is Open.
  • After: To get customers from leads that were created after a specific date (includes the specified date). For example, among the leads created after 01-01-2019, get customers whose current lead status is Won.
  • Between dates: To get customers from leads created between a specific date range (includes the specified dates). For example, among all leads created between 01-01-2019 and 31-03-2019, get customers  whose current lead status is On hold.

Relative days

Lets you fetch from leads created in a specific period - relative days, weeks or months. For example, last 30 days, next 3 months, between last 4 weeks to next 3 weeks.  The following are the options available for Relative days.

  • In the last x:  To get customers from the leads created in the last x days, calendar weeks, or calendar months. For example, if you set 2 in the last x calendar week, you will get customers from leads created in the previous 2 calendar weeks (current week is excluded). A week is from Monday - Sunday, and a month is from 1-30/31 or 27/28 for Feb. So, 1 is to consider the previous day, calendar week or calendar month, 2 is to consider previous 2 calendar weeks or months and so on.
The data of the current current calendar week/month/day will not be considered.
  • In the next x: Lets you choose the duration in the next x days, calendar weeks, or calendar months. 1 is for next day, calendar week, or month. A week is from Monday - Sunday,  a month is from 1-30/31 and 27/28 for Feb.
The data of the current current calendar week/month/day will not be considered.
  • In the current x: Lets you get customers from the leads created on the current day, calendar week, or calendar month.
  • Between days:  Lets you get customers from the leads created in the last/next x days until the next/last y days. For example, last 30 days until the next 15 days. Make sure that the duration's start date is always less than the end date.
  • Exactly x days ago: Lets you get customers from the leads created x days ago. For example, from the leads created 10 days ago, get customers whose current lead status is Open. Current day will not be included.
  • Exactly after x days: -Not applicable-
