Lets you create audience group based on their favorite zone, store, or concept. Favorite is decided based on the most number of transactions in a specific duration. You can get customers that mostly shopped at your preferred stores, zones, or concepts.

Basic filter options available

Store/Zone/Concept

You can get customers that by their stores, zones, or concepts.

Store

Filters customers who made most of their transactions in the store(s) that you select.

You can select stores either by 

  • uploading store ids using upload list
  • fetching manually using enter values, or 
  • fetching by store attributes such as external id, name, country, channel, billable and more using based on attribute.
ZoneFilters customers who made most of their transactions in the zone(s) that you select.
In the Select zone drop-down, check your preferred zones and
select stores using any of the following the options.
  • any store : To select all stores of the selected zone(s)
  • stores with these attributes: To select stores by your preferred attributes. Example: Store Channel, Store Type, External ID, Store Name.
For example, Include customers whose favorite zone north and south, stores with these attributes store channel and store channel InStore.
ConceptFilters customers who made most of their transactions in the concept(s) that you select. You also need to select the duration
In the Select Concept drop-down, check your preferred concepts and
select stores using any of the following the options.
  • any store : To select all stores of the selected zone(s)
  • stores with these attributes: To select stores by your preferred attributes. Example: Store Channel, Store Type, External ID, Store Name.
For example, Include customers whose favorite zone north and south, stores with these attributes store channel and store channel InStore.

Duration


In During, select duration for which you want to apply the condition.  

  • Lifetime: To define favorite based on lifetime purchases of customers. No sub-options are available for Lifetime.
  • Specific dates: To define favorite based on a specific date range.
  • Relative days: To define favorite based on the last x days/weeks/months.

Relative Days

Following are options and sub-options available for Relative days.

  • In the last x: Lets you filter for the last x days, calendar weeks or calendar months. A calendar week is Monday - Sunday, and a calendar month is 1-30/31 and 27/28 for February.
    1 for the previous day/week/month, 2 for the previous 2 days/weeks/months and so on, excluding the current day/week/month. For example, if you set 2 in the last x calendar week, you will get customers based on their shopping in the previous 2 calendar weeks (excluding the current week).
  • In the next x: Lets you filter for the next x days, calendar weeks or calendar months. A calendar week is Monday - Sunday, and a calendar month is 1-30/31 and 27/28 for February.

Specify 1 for the next day/week/month, 2 for the next 2 days/weeks/months and so on. The current day, week, or month will not be included. For example, if you set 1 in the next x calendar week, you will get customers based on their shopping in the upcoming calendar week (Monday until Sunday) and current week's data will not be included.

  • Between days: Lets you set duration between the last/next x days until the next/last y days. For example, the last 30 days until the next 15 days, the last 10 days until the last 5 days and so on. The current day data will not be included.
  • Exactly x days ago: Lets you get customers who shopped at a store, zone, or concept x days ago. For example, I can get the customers that shopped in store1 10 days ago. The current day will not be included in the calculation of x days.
  • Exactly after x days: Lets you fetch customers who will be shopping after x days from the current day. For example, you can get customers that will be shopping in any store of north zone on the 10th day from now.
    1 is for tomorrow, 2 for the the day after tomorrow and so on. The current day will not be included.

Specific Dates: 

Following options and sub-options available for Specific Dates.

  • Before: Lets you include all days before a specific date including the specified date.
  • After: Lets you include all days including and after a specified date. For example, if you select after 05-09-2018, it will include 05-09-2018 until the current date.
  • Between: Lets you include a specific date range, this includes the dates mentioned. For example, select between 05-09-2018 and 01-09-2019 to include all dates between 05 Nov, 2018 to 01 Nov, 2019.

Based on

Select the criteria on which you want to define favorite stores, zones, or concepts of customers.

  • Quantity bought ___ more than: Quantity of line items purchased. For example, quantity of items bought in concept1 between 01-01-2019 and 31-01-2019 is more than 40% in Store1, compared to the total quantity of items bought by the customer in that date range.
  • Amount spent ___ more than: Total transaction amount of a customer. For example, amount spent in the last 60 days is more than 40% in Store1 of the total number of transactions of a customer.
  • No. of bills with product __ more than: Total percentage of transactions (with products) made . For example, No. of bills with product more than 60% of the total number of transactions of a customer in any store of South zone in the last 60 days.

Advanced filter options available

Besides basic options, you can use the advanced options to get a more specific set of customers. Click +/- Fields to see advanced filters.

Day

  • Day of Month: You can further filter customers based on the purchases on a specific date of a month. For example, customers whose transactions were on 1st of every month. Then, select the day(s) accordingly in select day of the month
  • Day of Week: You can further filter customers based on their weekly shopping behavior, say, customers who shopped more than 50% on Saturday and Sunday. In select day of the week, select the week(s) accordingly 

Hours

Lets you further filter customers based on their time of shopping. You can select the time range in hours. For example, you can get customers whose number of bills are more than 40% in store1 for the last one month during the peak hours (say 15:00 - 20:00).

Click +/- Fields > Select Hours > Specify the time range in the fields that appear.

Product

  • Parent Category: You can further filter customers based on the purchased items' parent category. The  options you see are based on the parent category defined for the org. You can filter the results further using either any product of the selected categories or products with specific attributes. Attributes are that configured for your product hierarchy such as brand name, image url, price, and style.
  • Category: You can further filter customers based on the product category. You can filter the results further using either any product of the selected category(s) or products with specific attributes. Attributes are that configured for your product hierarchy such as brand name, image URL, price, and style.
  • Item Code: You can further filter customers based on the item category. You can choose items either by uploading item codes (upload list), fetching manually (enter values) or by product attributes such as brand name, image URL, price, style, and so on (based on attribute).
