Library consists of all charts enabled for the organization. This include standard charts, which  are pre-configured, and custom charts, which are created by your organization EI users. 

There are two types of custom charts - Normal charts and Migration charts. 

Migration chart is a particular type of chart that helps track the migration of users from one slab or segment to another slab or segment.

Create Migration Chart

To create a migration chart:

  1. On the left navigation pane, click Library > Charts
  2. Click on Create Chart

  1. Choose Chart Type as Migration
  2. Choose Segment as slab_name
  3. Choose the desired visualization type based on the description provided in the following
  • Multiple migrations: Customer Migrations across all the partitions of a segment. Use this to track the movement of customers activity in different partitions of a segment
  • Single migration grouped by time period:  Lets you track the migration from one partition to other partition of a segment in the specified period. You need to set the change of from partition and to partition along with the period

Option Description
FromChoose the migration in From partition and To partition based on the chosen segment
ToChoose the migration in From partition and To partition based on the chosen segment
Time PeriodChoose the desired frequency of data split - either Monthly or Quarterly
  1. Click Apply
  2. In Enter name for the chart, specify a name for the chart 
  3. Click Save Chart

Create Normal Chart

To create a normal chart:

  1. On the left navigation pane, click Library > Charts
  2. Click on Create Chart
  3. Choose Chart Type as Normal


OPTIONDESCRIPTION
KPIsSelect KPIs that you want to add to the chart. You can have a maximum of 20 KPIs per chart
DimensionsSelect dimensions that you want to apply for the chart. You will see dimensions corresponding to the selected KPIs only
Show advanced chart options / Hide advanced chart optionsClick to see advanced options mentioned in the rows below. You can also hide it by clicking Hide advanced chart options
Inclusion FactorsLets you filter data (other standard filters) that you want to include in the chart. You will see only options applicable to the selected KPIs. For example, you can deselect Admin stores, Fraud Customers, Bill Outliers, Line Item Outliers according to the KPIs selected.

Some options are selected by default and are greyed out. You cannot deselect these options.
Show selected KPIs w.r.t the following time periodsIf you want to create charts with different time periods (multi-KPI charts) then use this option. This lets you view data for selected time dimensions.
For example, if you select a KPI Loyalty ABS and select Till date period, YTD and MTD, you will see columns Loyalty ABS (YTD), Loyalty ABS (MTD) in the chart
Note: You can have a maximum of 20 KPIs - either only KPIs or the  combination of KPIs and time period dimensions.
  • Till date period: Lets you select week to date (WTD), Month to date (MTD), year to date (YTD), Inception to date (ITD) - from the starting until the current data
  • Last time period: Lets you define last `x' days, weeks, or months
  • Report time period (RTP): To consider the time-period of the report where the chart is used
Compare withChoose Previous Period to show the data comparison with a previous duration. For instance, current month's data with the previous month's
Choose Previous Year to compare data with the same duration of the previous year. For example, data of May 1, 2019 - May 20, 2019, with May 1, 2018 - May 20, 2018.
  1. Click Apply to preview the chart. If you want to modify input fields, click Modify and make the necessary changes

  1. In Enter name for the chart, specify a name for the chart
  2. Click Create
