This filter lets you build an audience list based on the channel in which they are available. Currently, EI supports the channels WeChat, Line, Web Engage, and e-commerce You can filter customers from multiple channels. For example, you can fetch customers that enrolled in any of the channels WeChat account, or Web Engage.


Basic Options

The following are the basic or mandatory options of channel filters.

  1. Channel

    1. Email: Use this to get customers that registered their email id
    2. Mobile: Use this to get customers that registered their mobile number
    3. Web Engage: Use this to get customers that are subscribed to mobile push notifications
    4. Line: You can get customers that are registered in the brand's Line account
    5. Ecommerce: Use this to get customers that are in the e-commerce platform of the brand
    6. WeChat: You can get customers that are registered in the brand's official WeChat account. WeChat is a communication channel like WhatsApp used in countries like China

Advance Options

Advanced options are optional filters that you chavean use for a filter. 

To see the advanced filter options available, click +/- fields.

Available On

Lets you filter customers who have registered using the channel and available on android, ios, mobile, email, WeChat, or any device. Click +/- Fields > Select Available On.

Store Hierarchy

Lets you filter customers who have registered using the channel in the store or zone. Click +/- Fields > Select Store Hierarchy 

  1. Store: To get customers who are registered using the channel in the selected store(s), select the store from the drop-down list.
    You can select stores using any of the following options.
    1. upload list: To upload store id using a CSV file, select the upload list from the drop-down list. If you do not have the upload list CSV file, then download the sample CSV file and update the information before upload.
    2. enter values: To search for stores manually. On the search box, enter a store and select the store name from the fetch list (suggested list). You can add more than one store.
    3. based on attributes: To get customers who have registered using the channel in the selected store(s) based on attributes, select based on attributes from the drop-down list. This option helps you to get your preferred store attributes such as external id, name.
  2. Zone: To get customers who have registered using the channel in the selected zone(s), select the zone from the drop-down list.
    You can select stores using any of the following options.
    1. any store: To get all stores of the selected zone, select any store from the drop-down list.
    2. stores with these attributes: To get zone(s) with your preferred store attributes, select stores with these attributes from the drop-down list, Select stores with your preferred attribute(s) by selecting the attribute list such as store channel, store type, external id, and store name. 

Date 

Lets you filter customers who have registered in the specified channel during that particular period. You can choose either between specific dates, after a specific date or before a specific date.

The following are the two options available for the Date filter:  

  1. Specific dates:  You can fetch customers that were in the selected channels in a specific date range
  2. Relative days: You can fetch customers that were in the selected channels in the last x days/weeks/months

Relative Days

The following are options and sub-options available if the duration is chosen as Relative days.

  1. In the last x:  Use this to get customers that were in the selected channels in the last x days, calendar weeks or calendar months. For example, if you set 2 in the last x calendar week, you will get customers that were in the selected channels in the previous 2 calendar weeks excluding the current week. A week is from Monday - Sunday, and a month is from 1-30/31 and 27/28 for February. So, 1 is to consider the previous day, calendar week, or calendar month, 2 is to consider the previous 2 calendar weeks or months, and so on.
    Note: The current calendar week, calendar month, or day will not be included when you choose the last x calendar week, calendar month, or day respectively 
  2. In the next x: Lets you build an audience group with customers that will be in the selected channels in the next x days, calendar weeks, or calendar months. For example, if you set 1 in the next x calendar week,  you will get customers of the selected channels in the upcoming calendar week (a week is from Monday - Sunday). Similarly, if you say the next 3 calendar months, then you will get customers of the selected channels in the next 3 calendar months excluding the current month. So 1 is for the next day/week/month, 2 is for the next 2 days/calendar weeks/calendar months, and so on.
    Note: Current calendar week,  calendar month or day will not be included when you choose next calendar week, calendar month, or day respectively
  3. Between days:  Fetches customers that were in the selected channels between the last or next x days until the next or last y days. For example, the last 30 days until the next 15 days, the last 10 days until the last 5 days, and so on. The current day will not be included in the calculation.
  4. Exactly x days ago: Fetched customers who were registered x days ago. For example, I can get the customers registered 10 days ago. The current day is not included.
  5. Exactly after x days: Fetches customers who will be in the selected channels after x days from the current day. For example, I can get the customers who will be registered on the 10th day from now. 1 is for tomorrow, 2 for the day after tomorrow, and so on.

Specific Dates

The following are options and sub-options available if the duration is set to Specific Dates.

  1. Before: Filters customers who were registered before a specific date (Including the selected date)
  2. After: Filters customers who were registered after a specific date (Including the selected date)
  3. Between: Filters customers who were registered during a specific date range (Including the selected dates)

Account Name

Lets you filter customers who have registered using the channel and account name(s)Click +/- Fields > Select Account Name (You can select one or more account name using the checkbox).
