This filter lets you build audience list based on channel in which they are available. Currently, EI supports the channels WeChat, Line, Web Engage and ecommerce You can filter customers from multiple channels. For example, you can fetch customers that enrolled in any of the channels WeChat account, or Web Engage.

Basic Filter:

Basic filters are available by default which you need to apply in a filter.

Channel

  • Email: Use this to get customers that registered their email id
  • Mobile: Use this to get customers that registered their mobile number
  • Web Engage: Use this to get customers that are subscribed to mobile push notifications
  • Line: You can get customers that are registered in the brand's Line account
  • Ecommerce: Use this to get customers that are in e-commerce platform of the brand
  • WeChat: You can get customers that are registered in the brand's official WeChat account. WeChat is communication channel like WhatsApp used in countries like China

Additional Filters Available

The additional filters let you drill-down the list further and get customers by store hierarchy, and/or date-range.

Store Hierarchy

Fetches customers that registered at particular store or zone. The hierarchy depends on what is configured at the org level.

Date

  • Fetches customers who were in the specified channel during that particular period. You can choose either between specific dates, after a specific date or before a specific date.

The following are the two options available for the Date filter:  

  • Specific dates:  You can fetch customers that were in the selected channels in a specific date range
  • Relative days: You can fetch customers that were in the selected channels in the last x days/weeks/months

Relative Days

Following are options and sub options available if the duration is chosen as Relative days.

  • In the last x:  Use this to get customers that were in the selected channels in the last x days, calendar weeks or calendar months. For example, if you set 2 in the last x calendar week, you will get customers that were in the selected channels in the previous 2 calendar weeks excluding the current week. A week is from Monday - Sunday, and a month is from 1-30/31 and 27/28 for February. So, 1 is to consider the previous day, calendar week or calendar month, 2 is to consider previous 2 calendar weeks or months and so on

Note: The current calendar week, calendar month or day will not be included when you choose the the last x calendar week, calendar month or day respectively 

  • In the next x: Lets you build audience group with customers that will be in the selected channels in the next x days, calendar weeks or calendar months. For example, if you set 1 in the next x calendar week,  you will get customers of the selected channels in the upcoming calendar week (a week is from Monday - Sunday). Similarly, if you say the next 3 calendar months, then you will get customers of the selected channels in the next 3 calendar months excluding the current month. So 1 is for the next day/week/month, 2 is for next 2 days/calendar weeks/calendar months and so on

Note: Current calendar week,  calendar month or day will not be included when you choose next calendar week, calendar month or day respectively

  • Between days:  Fetches customers that were in the selected channels between the last or next x days until the next or last y days. For example, last 30 days until the next 15 days, last 10 days until the last 5 days and so on. The current day will not be included in the calculation
  • Exactly x days ago: Fetched customers who were registered x days ago. For example, I can get the customers registered 10 days ago. Current day is not included
  • Exactly after x days: Fetches customers who will be in the selected channels after x days from the current day. For example, I can get the customers who will be registered on the 10th day from now. 1 is for tomorrow, 2 for the day after tomorrow and so on

Specific Dates

Following are options and sub options available if the duration is set to Specific Dates.

  • Before: Filters customers who were registered before a specific date (Including the selected date)
  • After: Filters customers who were registered after a specific date (Including the selected date)
  • Between: Filters customers who were registered during a specific date range (Including the selected dates)
