This filter lets you build audience group with either top spent or more quantities purchased customers of a specific store, zone, or concept. You can get the list of top n customers.  Use the basic and advanced filter options to fine-tune and get a very specific list of your requirements.


Basic filter options available

The basic filters are default filter options available and you need to configure at least one or more fields according to the condition.

Top N customers

Set the ranking number to get the audience list. For example, set 10 to get the top 10 customers, 50 to get the top 50 customers and so on.

Highest amount or quantity

Choose the amount to get the top n customers by spent amount; choose quantity to get the top n customers by purchased line-item quantity.

Number of Transactions

Choose customers based on the number of transactions made.

Advanced filter options available

Advanced options are additional filters that help you drill-down the data further. Click +/- Fields to see advanced filter options.

Date

This lets you further filter down based on the purchase behavior in a specific period:  

  • Lifetime: To get the top n customers based on thiir lifetime purchases
  • Specific dates: Lets you filter further based on the purchase behavior in a specific date range
  • Relative days: Lets you filter further based on the purchase behavior in the last x days/weeks/months

Relative Days

The following are options and sub-options available if the duration is chosen as Relative days.

  • In the last x: Lets you filter for the last x days, calendar weeks or calendar months. A calendar week is Monday - Sunday, and a calendar month is 1-30/31 and 27/28 for February.
    1 for the previous day/week/month, 2 for the previous 2 days/weeks/months and so on, excluding the data of the current day/week/month. For example, if you set 2 in the last x calendar week, you will get top n customers of the chosen parameter in the previous 2 calendar weeks excluding the current week.
  • In the next x: Lets you further filter for the next x days, calendar weeks or calendar months. A calendar week is Monday - Sunday, and a calendar month is 1-30/31 and 27/28 for February.

Specify 1 for the next day/week/month, 2 for the next 2 days/weeks/months and so on. The data of the current day, week, or month will not be included. For example, if you set 1 in the next x calendar week, you will get top n customers of a given condition for the upcoming calendar week (Monday until Sunday) and current week's data will not be included

  • Between days: Lets you get top n  customers for a certain period. That is, between the last or next x days until the next or last y days. For example, the last 30 days until the next 15 days, the last 10 days until the last 5 days and so on. The current day data will not be included.
  • Exactly x days ago: Lets you get top n customers for a specific day, that is, x days ago. For example, I can get the customers that registered 10 days ago. The current day will not be included in the calculation of x days.
  • Exactly after x days: Lets you fetch top n customers for a specific day, that is, after x days from the current day. For example, you can get top n customers of a given condition on the 10th day from now.
    1 is for tomorrow, 2 for the day after tomorrow and so on. The current day will not be included.

Specific Dates: 

Following options and sub-options available for Specific Dates.

  • Before: Lets you get top n customers of a given condition before a specific date including the date mentioned
  • After: Lets you get top n customers of a given condition after a specific date including the date mentioned
  • Between: Lets you get top n customers of a given condition between a specific date range, this includes the dates mentioned

Store/Zone/Concept

You can get the customers who shopped in selected stores, zones, or concepts.

Store

Filters top n customers by a specific store(s). You can choose stores either by uploading store ids (upload list), fetching manually (enter values) or by store attributes such as external id, name, country, channel, billable and more (based on attribute).

Zone

Filters top n customers by a specific zone or zone hierarchy. You can also select stores of a particular zone(s) using different parameters such as external id, store name, store channel, country and so forth.

Concept

Filters top n customers by a concept(s) or concept hierarchy. You can also select stores of a particular concept(s) using different parameters such as external id, store name, store channel, country and so forth.


Product

This lets you get top n customers that purchased a specific item(s).

  • Parent Category: Lets you get top n customers of a specific parent category. The options you see are based on the parent category defined for the org. You can filter the results further using either any product of the selected categories or products with specific attributes. Attributes are that configured for your product hierarchy such as brand name, image URL, price, and style
  • Category: Lets you get top n customers of a specific product category. You can filter the results further using either any product of the selected category(s) or products with specific attributes. Attributes are that configured for your product hierarchy such as brand name, image URL, price, and style
  • Item Code: Lets you get top n customers of a specific item category. You can choose items either by uploading item codes (upload list), fetching manually (enter values) or by product attributes such as brand name, image URL, price, style, and so on (based on attribute)



Examples:

  • Target all the top 'N' customers whose lifetime purchase/points for a transaction was highest in the last 30 days.
  • Filter top 'n' customers having highest lifetime purchase/points between 1st Jan till 19th Jan
  • All the top 'N' customers whose lifetime purchase/points were highest 60 days ago
