Lets you build audience group based on when the they recently made purchase. For example, you can get customers that did not shop in the last two months.

Basic filter options available

These are the default filter options available and you need to set one or more basic filters depending the context. 

Recency range

  • Greater than equal: Get customers who did not shop for more than or equal to x days that you specify in no of days
  • Less than equal: Get customers who did not shop for less than or equal to x days that you specify in no of days
  • Equals: Get customers who did not shop for x days that you specify in no of days
  • In range of:  Get customers who did not shop between a specific range (including minimum and maximum days you specify). For example, if you specify 50-100, you will get customers that did not shop for more than or equal to 50 days and less than or equal to 100 days


Advanced filters available

Date

Lets you filter customers based on their registration date. You can choose duration either by lifetime purchases, specific dates or by relative days.

Lifetime

Lets you fetch customers with the recently purchased duration and applicable to all registered customers

Specific dates

Lets you further filter customers by the registered date range. You can use this option if you are specific about the dates. You will see the following sub-options for specific dates.

  • Before: To apply recency only to customers that registered before a specific date, this includes the mentioned date
  • After: To apply recency only to customers that registered after a specific date, this includes the mentioned date
  • Between dates: To apply recency only to customers that registered between a specific date range, this includes both the dates mentioned

Relative

Following are options and sub-options available if the duration is chosen as Relative days.

  • In the last x: Lets you filter for the last x days, calendar weeks or calendar months. A calendar week is Monday - Sunday, and a calendar month is 1-30/31 and 27/28 for February.
    1 for the previous day/week/month, 2 for the previous 2 days/weeks/months and so on, excluding the data of the current day/week/month. For example, if you set 2 in the last x calendar week, the recency filter will be applied only to customers that registered in the previous 2 calendar weeks excluding the current week.
  • In the next x: Lets you further filter for the next x days, calendar weeks or calendar months. A calendar week is Monday - Sunday, and a calendar month is 1-30/31 and 27/28 for February.

Specify 1 for the next day/week/month, 2 for the next 2 days/weeks/months and so on. The data of the current day, week, or month will not be included. For example, if you set 1 in the next x calendar week, the recency filter will be applied only to customers that will be registered in the upcoming calendar week (Monday until Sunday) and current week's data will not be included.

  • Between days: To apply the recency filter only to customers that registered between the last or next x days until the next or last y days
  • Exactly x days ago: To apply the recency filter only to customers that registered x days ago
  • Exactly after x days:  To apply the recency filter only to customers that will register after x days from the current day
    1 is for tomorrow, 2 for the day after tomorrow and so on. The current day will not be included.
