Fetches customers  based on their total purchase time. For example, you can get customers who have shopped during Christmas season (say 20-12-2108 to 30-12-2018). You can apply advanced filters to get customers who made transactions done on a specific day, time, zone or store.

Basic Options

The basic options are mandatory fields that will appear upfront when you go to the filter page.

Specific dates

Lets you fetch customers who made transactions during a specific date range. You can use this option if you are specific about the dates. For example, event date. You will see the following sub-options for specific dates.

  • Before: To get customers who purchased before a specific date (includes the specified date)
  • After: To get customers who purchased after a specific day (includes the specified date)
  • Between dates: To get customers who transacted between a specific date range (includes the specified dates)

Relative days

Lets you fetch customers based on the specific number of days, weeks or months. If you do have specific dates, you can use relative days to fetch customers.  The following are the options available for relative days.

  • In the last x:  You can choose the duration in the last x days, calendar weeks or calendar months. For example, if you set 2 in the last x calendar week,   you will get customers that purchased in the previous 2 calendar weeks excluding the current week. A week is from Monday - Sunday, and a month is from 1-30/31 and 27/28 for Feb. So, 1 is to consider the previous day, calendar week or calendar month, 2 is to consider previous 2 calendar weeks or months and so on

Note: The current calendar week, calendar month or day will not be included when you choose the the last x calendar week, calendar month or day respectively

  • In the next x: Lets you build audience group with customers who will be purchasing in the next x days, calendar weeks or calendar months. For example, if you set 1 in the next x calendar week,  you will get customers who will purchase in the upcoming calendar week (a week is from Monday - Sunday). Similarly, if you say the next 3 calendar months, then you will get customers who will purchase in the next 3 calendar months excluding the current month. So 1 is for the next day/week/month, 2 is for next 2 days/calendar weeks/calendar months and so on
  • Note: Current calendar week,  calendar month or day will not be included when you choose next calendar week, calendar month or day respectively

  • In the current x: Fetches customers who purchased on the current day, calendar week or calendar month
  • Between days:  Fetches customers purchased in the last/next x days until the next/last y days. For example, last 30 days until the next 15 days. Make sure that the duration's start date is always less than the end date
  • Exactly x days ago: Fetches customers who purchased x days ago. For example, I can get the customers who purchased 10 days ago. Current day will not be included
  • Exactly after x days: Fetches customers who will purchase after x days from the current day. For example, I can get the customers who will purchase on the 10th day from now. 1 is for tomorrow, 2 for the day after tomorrow and so on. Current day will not be included
