Fetches customers based on the number of points redeemed during a specific duration.

Basic Options

Basic options are mandatory fields of a filter. Following are the basic filter options available for Redeemed Points.

  • Greater than equal: Fetches customers that redeemed points more than or equal to a specific number
  • Less than equal: Fetches customers that redeemed points less than or equal to a specific number
  • Equals: Fetches customers that redeemed a specific number of points
  • In range of: Fetches customers that redeemed points in a specific range (between X and Y)

Date

Lets you filter customers who redeemed points during a specific duration. Date filter has two options - Specific Dates, Relative Days.

  • Specific dates:  You can fetch customers that redeemed in a specific date range
  • Relative days: You can fetch customers that redeemed in the last x days/calendar weeks/calendar months

Relative Days

Following are options and sub options available if the duration is chosen as Relative days.

  • You can choose the duration in the last x days, calendar weeks or calendar months. For example, if you set 2 in the last x calendar week,   you will get customers that redeemed points in the previous 2 calendar weeks excluding the current week. A calendar week is from Monday - Sunday, and a calendar month is from 1-30/31 and 27/28 for Feb. So, 1 is to consider the previous calendar week or month, 2 is to consider previous 2 calendar weeks or months

Note: The current calendar week, calendar month or day will not be included when you choose the the last x calendar week, calendar month or day respectively . For example, if you are on the 2nd of a month, and set 1 in the last x calendar month, you will get customers based on the specified condition for the previous month. Current month details will not be included. Same thing will apply for last x day,and last x calendar week

  • In the next x: Lets you build audience group with customers that will be redeeming points in the next x days, calendar weeks or calendar months. For example, if you set 1 in the next x calendar week,  you will get customers that will be redeeming points in the upcoming calendar week (a week is from Monday - Sunday). Similarly, if you say the next 3 calendar months, then you will get customers registering in the next 3 calendar months excluding the current month. So 1 is for the next day/week/month, 2 is for next 2 days/calendar weeks/calendar months and so on

Note: Current calendar week,  calendar month or day will not be included when you choose next calendar week, calendar month or day respectively. For example, if you are on Wednesday and set 1 in the next x calendar weeks, you will get customers based on the specified condition for the upcoming week (Monday until Sunday). Current week details will not be included. Same thing will apply for next x day,and next x calendar month

  • In the current x: Fetches customers that are redeeming points on the current day, calendar week or calendar month
  • Between days:  Fetches customers that redeemed in the last/next x days until the next/last y days (For example, last 30 days until the next 15 days). Make sure that the values you enter will always have the duration lower date to higher date and not vice versa
  • Exactly x days ago: Fetched customers that redeemed points x days ago excluding the current day. For example, I can get the customers registered 10 days ago excluding the current day
  • Exactly after x days: Fetches customers that will redeem points after x days (excluding the current day). For example, I can get the customers who will be redeeming points on the 10th day. 1 is for tomorrow, 2 for the day after tomorrow and so on

Specific Dates

Following are options and sub options available if the duration is set to Specific Dates.

  • Before: Filters customers that redeemed before a specific date (including the specified date) 
  • After: Filters customers that redeemed after a specific date (including the specified date) 
  • Between: Filters customers that redeemed during a specific date range (including the specified dates) 

Promotion Name

Filter customers who redeemed points of a specific promotion name such as bill promotion, and slab upgrade bill promotion  

Promotion Type

Filter customers who redeemed specific points by promotion type such as bill, customer, return, and line item

Points Awarded Type

Filter customers based on the type of points redeemed, such as the points awarded, points awarded through bill promotion, points awarded line item, points awarded through line item promotion, and points awarded through customer promotion
