Lets you build audience list based on the number of purchases of a specific item, category, brand, product, or product attributes.

Basic filter options available

Product Category

This lets you get top n customers that purchased a specific item(s).

  • Parent Category: Lets you get customers that bought items of a specific parent category. The options you see are based on the parent category defined for the org. You can filter results further using either any product of the selected categories or products with specific attributes. Attributes are that configured for your product hierarchy such as brand name, image url, price, and style
  • Category: Lets you get customers that bought items of a specific product category. You can filter the results further using either any product of the selected category(s) or products with specific attributes. Attributes are that configured for your product hierarchy such as brand name, image URL, price, and style
  • Item Code: Lets you get customers that bought specific items. You can choose items either by uploading item codes (upload list), fetching manually (enter values) or by product attributes such as brand name, image URL, price, style, and so on (based on attribute)

You will also see other categories such as Child based on the product hierarchy of your organization.

Based on

  • Quantity bought: Use this to define favorite products based on the purchase quantity
  • Amount spent: Use this to define favorite products based on the amount spent for the selected product or product category
  • Number of bills with product: Use this to define favorite products based on the number of bills that contain the selected product or product category

Percentage (%)

Set the favorite condition on the percentage of their transaction. For example, get ustomers who purchased a specific parent product (sandwich) during lifetime based on the amount spent more than 40%.

During

This lets you further filter down based on the purchase behavior in a specific period:  

  • Specific dates: Lets you filter further based on the purchase behavior in a specific date range
  • Relative days: Lets you filter further based on the purchase behavior in the last x days/weeks/months

Relative Days

Following are options and sub-options available if the duration is chosen as Relative days.

  • In the last x: Lets you filter for the last x days, calendar weeks or calendar months. A calendar week is Monday - Sunday, and a calendar month is 1-30/31 and 27/28 for February.
    1 for the previous day/week/month, 2 for the previous 2 days/weeks/months and so on, excluding the data of the current day/week/month.
  • In the next x: Lets you further filter for the next x days, calendar weeks or calendar months. A calendar week is Monday - Sunday, and a calendar month is 1-30/31 and 27/28 for February.

Specify 1 for the next day/week/month, 2 for the next 2 days/weeks/months and so on. The data of the current day, week, or month will not be included.

  • Between days: Lets you get customers for a certain period. That is, between the last or next x days until the next or last y days. For example, the last 30 days until the next 15 days, the last 10 days until the last 5 days and so on. The current day data will not be included.
  • Exactly x days ago: Lets you get customers for a specific day, that is, x days ago. For example, I can get the customers who purchased a specific product category for more than 30% 10 days ago. The current day will not be included in the calculation of x days.
  • Exactly after x days: Fetches customers for a specific day, that is, after x days from the current day. For example, I can get the customers that will purchase more than 40% of a product category on the 10th day from now.
    1 is for tomorrow, 2 for the day after tomorrow and so on. The current day will not be included.

Specific Dates

Following options and sub-options available for Specific Dates.

  • Before: Lets you get customers of a specific shopping behavior before a specific date including the date mentioned
  • After: Lets you get customers of a specific shopping behavior after a specific date including the date mentioned
  • Between: Filters customers of a specific shopping behavior during a specific date range including the dates mentioned

Advanced filter options available

Besides basic options, you can use the advanced options to get a more specific set of customers. For example, customers whose number of transactions in a specific hour of a day, customers who shopped in a specific store or zone. Click +/- Fields to see advanced filters.

Day

  • Day of Month: Choose this to get customers by monthly shopping behavior, say, customers who shopped more than 50% from 1-5 of every month, and select the days accordingly in select day of the month
  • Day of Week: Choose this to get customers by weekly shopping behavior, say, customers who shopped more than 50% on Saturday and Sunday, and select the Weeks accordingly in select day of the week

Hours

Lets you further filter customers for a specific time period. You can select a time range in hours. For example, you can get customers who bought more than 40% quantity of an item code in the last one month during the peak hours (say 15:00 - 20:00).

Click +/- Fields > Select Hours > Specify the time range in the fields that appear.


Store/Zone

You can get the customers who shopped in a specific store(s) or zone(s).

Store

  • You can choose stores either by uploading store ids (upload list), fetching manually (enter values) or by store attributes such as external id, name, country, channel, billable and more (based on attribute)

Zone

  • You can select customers who visited in a specific zone(s) using the drop-down list available. You can also select stores of a particular zone(s) using different parameters such as external id, store name, store channel, country and so fort
