Include or exclude customers who have registered at a specific store(s), zone(s) or concept(s) in a given duration.

You can select zones or concepts in the available drop-down box directly. But for stores, there are several options available for entering store ids.

  • Selecting registered customers by store:  You can choose stores either by
    • uploading store ids (upload list),
    • fetching manually (enter values), or
    • through store attributes such as external id, name, country, channel, billable and more (based on attribute)

Sample Scenario: Select customers of all billable stores in India (The values specified in the example might differ from org to org)

Include Customers who registered at store based on attributes with attribute {select Is billable, Store Country} and select

Is billable billable and

store country India

  • Selecting registered customers of a zone: You can select customers registered in a specific zone(s) using the drop-down list available. You can also select stores of the selected zones by different parameters such as external id, store name, store channel, country and so forth

Sample Scenario: Fetch all InStore customers of North zone (The values specified in the example might differ from org to org)

Include Customers who registered at zone {select zone > North} based on attributes > {Select attribute as Store Channel}

  • Selecting registered customers of a concept: You can select customers registered in a specific concept(s) using the drop-down list available. You can also select stores of the selected concepts by different parameters such as external id, store name, store channel, country and so forth

To get customers that registered at specific stores, you need to specify the respective store ids. There are three ways of entering store Ids.  You can either upload a .csv file consisting store ids (via list), enter manually (paste) or through store attributes like (area, external_id, is_billable, latitude, store_city, store_description, Store Name and Type).

Advanced Options

Advanced options are non-mandatory options but will help in further customization of the audience list. Click +/- Fields to see advanced filter options.

Date

The following are the two options available for the Date filter:

  • Specific dates:  You can fetch customers who are registered in a specific date range
  • Relative days: You can fetch customers who are registered in the last x days/weeks/months

Relative Days

Following are options and sub options available if the duration is chosen as Relative days.

  • In the last x:  Use this to get customers that registered in the last x days, calendar weeks or calendar months. For example, if you set 2 in the last x calendar week, you will get customers that registered in the previous 2 calendar weeks excluding the current week. A week is from Monday - Sunday, and a month is from 1-30/31 and 27/28 for February. So, 1 is to consider the previous day, calendar week or calendar month, 2 is to consider previous 2 calendar weeks or months and so on

Note: The current calendar week, calendar month or day will not be included when you choose the the last x calendar week, calendar month or day respectively

  • In the next x: Lets you build audience group with customers that will be registering in the next x days, calendar weeks or calendar months. For example, if you set 1 in the next x calendar week,  you will get customers that will be registering in the upcoming calendar week (a week is from Monday - Sunday). Similarly, if you say the next 3 calendar months, then you will get customers that are registering in the next 3 calendar months excluding the current month. So 1 is for the next day/week/month, 2 is for next 2 days/calendar weeks/calendar months and so on

Note: Current calendar week,  calendar month or day will not be included when you choose next calendar week, calendar month or day respectively

  • Between days:  Fetches customers that registered between the last or next x days until the next or last y days. For example, last 30 days until the next 15 days, last 10 days until the last 5 days and so on. The current day will not be included in the calculation
  • Exactly x days ago: Fetched customers who were registered x days ago. For example, I can get the customers registered 10 days ago. Current day is not included
  • Exactly after x days: Fetches customers who will be registered after x days from the current day. For example, I can get the customers who will be registered on the 10th day from now. 1 is for tomorrow, 2 for the day after tomorrow and so on
