After configuring and scheduling an SMS or Email message, you need to authorize by approving it. 

What's new?

  • Message preview with sample custom tag values: You will now see the message preview with custom tag values of a customer (usually the first customer's in the recipient list) to know whether the tags contain relevant values as expected
  • Custom tags are applicable only for recipients selected through paste lists and upload csv file


To approve a message:

 1. On the Campaign Overview page, click Authorize. You will see the Authorization page. 

Note: You can now see the preview of the message with custom tag values of a customer to check if the values are appearing as expected.

 2. Click Approve and Send to authorize the message and send to the recipients as per scheduled

The following sections explain different options available on Preview pane.

Email Preview

Sample email template:

Sample Email Preview: In the preview, you can see the custom tag replaced with the respective value of the first customer in the list.  You can preview the message on desktop and mobile versions by toggling between the respective buttons on the top.

Note: Click Reject to disapprove the email message (a rejected message has to be re-queued again for authorization).


SMS Preview

  • Sample SMS template: You can see custom tags used in the message


Sample SMS Preview: You can see custom tags replaced with the respective values in the preview


Click Reject to disapprove the SMS message (a rejected message has to be re-queued again for authorization).
