Referral Reports help you track your referral campaigns.

Generating Referral Reports

To generate referral report, do the following:

  1. In the Select Campaign list, select the referral campaign for which you want to generate the report. 
  2. In the Action Type, select Display Report Below to view it on the InTouch UI, Export Summary Referral Report or Export Referral Store Report to download the summary referral report or referral store report as a CSV file.


The Referral reports shows the following information.

User Counts

The User Counts report shows the number of invitees (friends of the existing customers who have been invited through email and SMS), the referee registration count (the number of friends who have registered or enrolled into your loyalty program), the referee transaction count (the number of friends who have registered into your loyalty program and made their first transaction), and the referrer count (the number of customers who have referred their friends).

Referral Voucher Summary Report

The Referral Voucher Summary Report shows the information about the coupons issued, number of coupons redeemed, the number of referrers (the number of friends who have registered into your loyalty program and made their first transaction) and the revenue earned (this can be shown if a custom transaction field is available in the Referral screen of In-Store and the store personnel enters this transaction field).

Store Wise Reports

The Store Wise reports show for each store, the number of referrers (customers who have referred their friends), referees (friends of existing customers who have registered or enrolled into your loyalty program), and the invitees (friends of existing customers who have been invited through email and SMS).
