Organization level email templates can be used as templates across any campaigns created for an organization. To create an email template to be accessed across the organization, do the following:

  1. On the Campaign's home page, click Creatives.

The following page appears.




  1. Click Email Templates


  1. Click +Template to create a new template

You can make use of the pre-defined tags that appear in TAGS field to create a template

  • Customer: Consists of customer related tags such as name, loyalty points and slabs.
  • Store: Consists of tags related to store such as store name, store external id, store phone number and address.
  • User ID: This is used to insert user id in the message.
  • Unsubscribe: This is used to add unsubscribe link to the email. The recipient of the email can just click this link to stop receiving emails from the organization.  
  • View in Browser: This is used to add a link to view email in a browser.
  • Source: Use source to create the template using html code. You can also copy the HTML code and paste it in the message through Source
  • Insert Image: Use this button to insert images to the email.
Note:
  • All the options and tools will be disabled in Source mode as shown in the previous figure.
  1.  Type a name for the template in Save As box
  2. Click Save

Modifying existing template
After creating email template, if you wish to modify it, you can do it using the following procedure
  1. On the Campaign's home page, click CREATIVE ASSETS
  2.  Open Email Templates page
  3. Click the template which you want to edit

The template editor screen appears as shown in the following figure

  1. Click Edit button that appears after selecting the template

  1. Edit the template using the editor and predefined tags
  2. Click Save
Note:
  • Template name cannot be changed using this procedure.
  • An organizational level template can be deleted by clicking Delete button that appears when a template is selected as shown in the following figure.
  • Images can be inserted to the template using Insert Image option that appears on the top-right of the body.


Deleting Email Template

You can also delete email templates created for an organization.
To delete template
  1. On the Campaign's home page, click CREATIVE ASSETS
  2.  Open Email Templates page
  3. Click the template which you want to delete


  1. Click Delete
The following pop-up screen appears on the top-center of the screen

  1. Click OK to confirm deletion
