Creating New Campaigns

Depending on the Campaign type you want to create, choose any of the following topics:

• Create Outbound Campaigns
• Create Bounceback Campaigns
• Create Timeline Campaigns
• Create Survey Campaigns
• Create Referral Campaigns

Note: 

• You can create the above-listed campaigns for an org or org unit (OU). To create a campaign for an org unit make sure, the org is configured for the org unit. To know more, see setting up an organization.
• The outbound campaign creation is also available in the Engage+ new UI. See Create Outbound Campaign section under Engage+ New UI.
