An intrinsic part of a breakthrough product is its constant evolution. At Capillary, we diligently evolve our product features, taking one feature at a time. Here's sharing this quarter's product updates. Equipped with better UI and smarter functionality, our products aim at building enhanced customer experience. 

Loyalty New UI: Brings in an enhanced user experience

To reduce the complexity involved in the previous UI and to provide a better user experience, we have rolled out a new UI for Loyalty+. Along with a complete new look and feel, the design also offers a dashboard to monitor loyalty program performance, reorganized strategies/rules to make it easy to use thereby giving a uniform user experience across Capillary’s product suite. User Group-based Loyalty

Enable enterprises to connect with accounts as a group or individuals with complex relationship structures, by creating custom groups and incentivising the right influencers and decision makers to foster adoption. For more details, see here.




Chart visualization

New chart visualizations offer enhanced user experience, visual appeal & better readability:
•  Chart drilldown and dimension’s attribute selection on single click
•  Improved slider design for smooth navigation across multiple data points
•  Combination table visualizations with inline bars for their respective values
•  Advanced funnel charts with step conversion data points
•  Diversified color range for charts along with color gradients

Social Media CRM Ads - Facebook & Instagram

As users are increasing on social media channels, brands are understanding the importance of targeting their customers through social media making ads more impactful and effective. You can now use Engage+ to create ads directly on the social media platforms: Instagram and Facebook through Engage+ ads. These are cost effective compared to SMS or emails and avoid the inconvenience caused due to telecom regulations. For more insights, see here


Mobile mode in email editor

This feature enables you to preview your email and give you a glimpse to show how it looks at the recipient's end. If your receiver is viewing your email on a mobile device, with this mode you can understand how impactful it is going to look. For details, see here.



Promo Engine: Enable cart & catalog promotions

So far, promotions have been a means of mass incentivizing and discounting a mainstream hook for in-store purchases rather than long term loyalty building. Now, Capillary Promo Engine enables you to build relevant personalized promotions for customers seamlessly. Capillary's market-leading capabilities such as AI-powered personalization and propensity models, enables you to create product and activity-based offers, cross-category upselling, and an array of benefits delivering instant gratification at the time of checkout. AIRA Dashboard

We are introducing AIRA, to automate the training of AI and DS models-. The product provides a dashboard - users can directly initiate training, notify users when a data model is available, and upcoming data models for the brand. Once trained, the AI models are scheduled to run automatically to refresh the inferenced data which can be made available as advanced attributes of users on CDP. These attributes can be used to filter and target right users on Engage+ as well as to configure loyalty rules on Loyalty+. For more insights, see here.


Customer Status module

As a starting point for brands to develop and launch impactful marketing campaigns it is really important to categorize their customers according to their engagement with the brand. You can now create different status labels against each standard statuses making it more meaningful. An active customer is not just an antonym to inactive, you can have meaningful labels that make sense to your brand like registered, transacted, regular. MRP based promotions

Tempting your customers with impactful MRP based discounts has become much simpler with the new update. You can now create & run discounts on MRP prices & lure customers by showing higher savings on their cart. See more details here


Geolocation-based order allocation filters

To provide a more convenient and smart supply chain for your online customers, we have introduced the order fulfillment of customers from their nearest location. The system just uses the customers' delivery PIN to identify their location and accordingly assign the fulfilment location. For more insights, see more details here.
