Release summary

1. Option to delete message in rule writing for Bounceback Campaign 

The message setup for Bunceback rules could only be edited and there was no option for the user to delete SMS or Email. User now has the option to delete an SMS or Email in the Edit Action section of the rule.


2. Opt-out char length for SMS is available in the message preview section of summary page

The length of the SMS indicated on the message summary page now includes the opt-out text length. 

In the example above, the length of SMS is 250 characters, out of which 35 characters is by the Opt-out tag resolution.

3. The maximum size of the list that can be upload in the audience manager increased to 10MB

The size of CSV that can be uploaded to create an Audience Group inside Audience Manager has been increased from 5 MB to 10 MB

4. Editing Outbound campaign name and extending end date 

Campaign can be edited from the overflow menu on the campaign listing page.

There is an option to edit only the campaign name and also to extend the campaign end date.


5. Audience List - Merge and Dedupe feature 

The user can now create a new Audience list by combining other lists. There are 4 list operations - combine and de-duplicate two lists, only the common customers between the two lists, only the customers present in the first list but not in the second one and finally only the customers present in the second list but in the first one.

There is a new option when creating a new audience group - Combine existing groups.

On selecting Combine existing groups, user can select the two groups and also the select the list operation


Once the list operation is selected, the summary gives the number of customers in the combined list. The user can further perform list operations on the resulting list.


After creating a combined list, the user can update or refresh the list at any time using the "Update Now" option from the audience list summary screen.


6. Open and Clicked Messages now available in real time for Emails 

The number of open and clicked messages is now available in Real Time in the message listing page for emails. Open is the number of customers who have just opened the email and clicked is the number of customers who have opened and clicked on at least one link in the mail body.


Announcements

  1. "Outbound" Message has now been renamed to "Broadcast" Message
  2. "Sent Rate" which is the percentage of the target audience list to whom a message has been sent to has been renamed to "Contacted Rate"
